To play a non-human character, you must have experience (XP). XP is gained through roleplaying in game, thus people joining Dark Age II for the first time must play a human. It is, however, possible to apply for a racial character without having the required XP cost. Based on the quality of your application, the cost of a racial class can be reduced. Exceptional applications can have all the XP cost waived while good applications can have the XP cost reduced. The reduction granted is decided upon by a group of staff members.

The character has a secondary identity of appearance that they have worked logn and hard on to the point where they can be mistaken for a different person. The character is allowed to switch between two names via a text command (Used with .switchidentity). This name must be real, it cannot be “a hooded man”. Beware that switching identities in town while not hidden will generate a rumour, “John Smith was seen disguising himself as Bob”.

Application: The character is unusually small. He recieves a small increase in the amount of physical damage taken, but gets a bonus to hide and stealth skills.
