IRC Channel
The easiest way to get in contact with Dark Age II and its players is to join our IRC channels. We have two public official IRC channels: #darkage for community chatter, and #dahelp for help requests. If you dont have an IRC client or a clue what IRC is, mIRC is our suggested client to download.
Getting Connected
Once you have mIRC or another client, here is our information:
Server: irc.darkmyst.org
Port:6667
Channel: #dahelp
The easiest way to connect is to type in your status window:
/server irc.darkmyst.org
/nick [choose a name]
/join #dahelp
While the channel #darkage is more focused towards community-enhancing chatter, in #dahelp you will find staff and players willing to answer any questions and provide help in any way they can. Therefore, if it’s help you’re seeking, we suggest you join #dahelp
CGI Clients
Rather than downloading a client, it’s possible to use one of these websites to connect to our IRC channel. Use these if you dont have access to mIRC or cant download a copy.
